This driftwood sculpture represents the story of professional rock climber Alex Honnold who scaled Yosemite Park’s 3000 ft vertical rock face, El Capitan, without a rope. The title is based on the 2018 documentary Academy Award wining film Free Solo by Elizabeth Chai Vsarhelyi and Jimmy Chin.
